Service Description

45 minute classes focusing on building strength with weighted movements whilst improving overall mobility across various adaptable bodyweight movements that also increase fitness levels. All participants will be matched with adaptations/weights of exercises that suit their ability levels to ensure everyone is both capable yet challenged across all exercises. Classes include: Group Exercise Class Strength Circuit Class Hyrox / Crossfit Class Boxercise Class Running Group Class Stretch & Mobility Class
